How to Apply(http://kvsangathan.nic.in) – Apply Online / ( ):
I. Candidates should have a valid personal e-mail ID and to ensure that it is active during the entire recruitment process. Application sequence number, User ID, Password and all other important communication will be sent on the same registered e-mail ID (please ensure that email sent to this mail box is not redirected to your junk/spam folder).
II. Candidates should take utmost care in furnishing/providing the correct details while filling-up the on-line application. YOU CAN EDIT THE INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION. Once the Form is submitted, it can’t be edited.
III. The steps for filling up of application are as under:
a. Candidates agreeing Terms & Conditions of the recruitment may apply by clicking (?) in the Box & press ‘START’ button.
b. Sign-up by filling-up Post applied, Name of applicant, Mobile No. and E-mail ID. After clicking SUBMIT Button, the candidates will receive Application Sequence No., User ID & Password on their E-mail ID.
STEP-II : Filling-up of Personal Details, Eligibility Details, Qualification Details and Upload Photo/Signature & Submit Fee (if applicable)
d. After registration, candidate has to Re-login and fill-up Personal Details, Qualification Details, Eligibility Details, and Upload photo/signature & submit Fee (if applicable) through Online mode via Debit card, Credit card or Internet Banking. For filling up these details, four different tabs have been provided and will display on the top of the screen
e. Instructions regarding scanning of Photograph and Signature: Candidates should upload the scanned (digital) image of their photograph and signature in Jpg/jpeg format as per the process given below:
i. Photograph Image:
Photograph must be a recent passport size colour picture on light background (not older than 03 weeks).
Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face.
The size of the scanned image should be up to 100kb in jpg/ jpeg format only.
ii. Signature image:
The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black ink pen.
The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person
Please scan the signature area only and not the entire page.
Size of file should be up to 100 kb in Jpg/jpeg format only.
f. Once the application is submitted, candidates automatically will go to Bill Desk Payment Gateway and deposit the fee of Rs. 1200/- for Group-A posts and Rs. 750/- for Group-B & Group-C posts through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking. No fee is required to be paid by candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH/Ex-Service-man and accordingly, the steps for payment of fees will not be applicable to them in online application form. In addition to fee, Bank charges and applicable taxes are payable extra.
g. Guidelines for remittance of fee are as under:
Once the application is submitted, the candidate will be re-directed to Bill Desk Payment Gateway to make the online payment of application fees.
Select appropriate ‘Mode of Payment’.
Pay ‘online’ using Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking.
After successful completion, the transaction number will be displayed for the payment made
