No. of post: 40 (GC-08, GC-ESM-01, SC-03, SC-ESM-04, BC-A-03, BC-A-ESM-06,BC-B-01, BC-B-ESM-07, PH-07)

Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800 +4200 Grade Pay
Age: 18-40 years.
Qualification:-
i) Matriculation OR its equivalent from a recognized University/ Board with Hindi/Sanskrit as a
compulsory subject.
ii) Certificate in General Nursing & Midwifery from a recognized institution OR equivalent
qualification from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council
OR
Any recognized higher qualification (B. Sc./ M. Sc. Nursing)
iii) Should be registered A- Grade Nurse and Midwife with Haryana Nurses Registration Council.

The prescribed application form can be obtained from the HDFC Bank, opp. Celebration Banquet Hall
Rohtak on cash payment of Rs.400/-for General Category and Rs.200/- for reserved category candidates
at the counter or it can be down loaded from the website www. uhsr.ac.in and www. pgimsrohtak.nic.in.
and send the down loaded form by enclosing a crossed demand Draft/Indian postal orders worth Rs. 400/-
for General category and Rs. 200/- for Reserved Categories in the name of Controller of Finance,
Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak If the form is required by post, a self-addressed
envelope (23×10 cm) duly affixed with postal stamps of Rs.40/-may be sent alongwith request & with the
above fees.
The application forms complete in all respects along with a self addressed envelop (23x 10cm) duly
affixed with postal stamps of Rs. 40/- must reach in the office of Medical Superintendent, A-Block (Room
No. 8) PGIMS, Rohtak on any working day from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM by 31.12.2012. Submission of
incomplete application & received after the closing date will not be entertained. This University will not be
held responsible for any postal delay or loss of application form.
